Last updated: 17 September 2025

1) Overview & Acceptance

Welcome to Kanvartfuly (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.kanvartfuly.com and any related pages, social channels, booking forms, and checkout flows (collectively, the “Site”), as well as purchases of products and bookings for services offered by Kanvartfuly (together, the “Services”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or booking a workshop/event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here (e.g., our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns, and Workshop Policies). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Note: We operate from Lebanon. Certain rights and obligations will be interpreted under Lebanese law (see §27).

2) Who We Are

Kanvartfuly is an art space/atelier offering creative workshops, courses, community events, and a shop of art kits, handmade items, and related supplies. Contact us through the Contact page on the Site or via the email/phone number listed there.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to browse the Site. To purchase or book, you must be 18+ or have the consent and participation of a parent/guardian. By using the Site, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4) Account Registration

Creating an account is optional but may be required for certain Services (e.g., managing bookings, viewing order history). You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5) Our Offerings

  • Services: in-person and/or online workshops, courses, private events, corporate team-building, camps, and memberships/subscriptions.

  • Products: art kits, handmade décor, creative tools/supplies, digital downloads, gift cards/vouchers, and custom/personalized items.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any offering without liability where reasonable (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, force majeure).

6) Information, Pricing & Availability

We aim for accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations may occur, especially with handmade items and screen colors. If we discover an error or stock issue after your order, we may cancel and refund or contact you for next steps. Prices may change at any time before purchase is completed.

7) Orders & Acceptance

Your order/booking is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, limited quantities, inaccurate pricing, safety concerns). We’ll notify you if we cannot accept an order.

8) Payments, Currency & Taxes

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., cards, local gateways, cash on delivery—if available). Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in USD. If we offer LBP or other currencies, conversions/fees are handled by your bank or our payment partners. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges.

9) Shipping, Delivery & Click-and-Collect

  • Domestic (Lebanon): Delivery windows and fees will appear at checkout. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, or service disruptions.

  • International: Where available, international buyers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and import taxes. We are not liable for items held or rejected by customs.

  • Risk of Loss: Transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided or upon collection. Please inspect parcels upon receipt and report issues within 48 hours with photos.

10) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Products)

  • Eligible items: Unused, in original packaging, returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose the window you intend to apply) with proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable: Custom/personalized items, digital downloads, opened art supplies, discounted “final sale” items, and gift cards.

  • Process: Contact us via the Site first for authorization. Return shipping costs and risk are your responsibility unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

11) Defects & Warranty (Products)

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Our obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion), subject to reasonable use and excluding normal wear and tear or misuse.

12) Workshop, Course & Event Policies

  • Booking & Payment: Full payment (or stated deposit) confirms your spot. Spaces are limited.

  • Cancellations by You:

    • ≥72 hours before start: reschedule once (subject to availability) or receive a credit.

    • <72 hours / no-show: non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another person with written notice.

  • Cancellations by Us: We may reschedule or cancel (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, safety). You’ll be offered a reschedule, credit, or refund.

  • Arrival & Conduct: Please arrive on time and follow instructor guidance and safety rules. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

  • Children/Minors: Under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless expressly stated otherwise for a youth program.

  • Health & Safety: Some activities involve tools, heat, adhesives, resins, perfumes, or allergens. If you have allergies or conditions, inform us before booking; participation is at your own risk. Wear suitable clothing and protective gear as instructed.

  • Property & Breakage: You are responsible for your personal items and for any damage you cause to studio property or equipment through negligence.

  • Results & Variations: Creative outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific results.

13) Corporate & Private Events

Separate terms may apply (scope, headcount, setup, travel, venue rules). A signed proposal/quote overrides conflicting parts of these Terms.

14) Memberships & Subscriptions

If offered, membership benefits, billing cycles, and cancellation rules will be detailed at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your account or by contacting us within the stated notice period.

15) Custom & Personalized Orders

For custom items or commissions: we’ll confirm specs, price, and lead time in writing. Deposits are typically non-refundable once production starts. Minor artistic variations are normal. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before production.

16) Digital Content License

When purchasing digital templates, guides, or downloads, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. You may not resell, redistribute, or make the files publicly available.

17) Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards are redeemable only at Kanvartfuly, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by law), and may carry an expiration date where permitted. Keep them safe; we are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

18) User Content (Photos, Reviews, Uploads)

If you submit reviews, images, or materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes (e.g., showcasing workshop outcomes), unless you opt out in writing. You must own the rights and ensure your content is lawful and non-infringing. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

19) Photography & Media at Events

We may take photos/videos during workshops and events to document and promote our programs. Tell the instructor at check-in if you prefer not to be photographed, and we will honor it.

20) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
(a) breach any laws or third-party rights; (b) upload malware, scrape, or interfere with the Site; (c) use the Site for fraudulent orders or chargeback abuse; (d) harass, threaten, or post harmful content; (e) circumvent access or booking limits.

21) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including trademarks, logos, images, text, graphics, curricula, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Kanvartfuly. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

22) Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, delivery partners, video platforms). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

23) Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our workshops are educational/creative and not medical or psychological treatment.

24) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanvartfuly and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product/service.

25) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kanvartfuly harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/Services.

26) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, network failures, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, acts of government, or supply-chain disruption.

27) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. In case of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, unless the parties agree in writing to mediation or arbitration.

28) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect personal data (including, where applicable, WhatsApp/SMS communications and marketing consents). By using the Site, you consent to such processing.

29) Communications & Marketing

By creating an account, placing an order, or booking, you may receive transactional emails/messages. With your consent, we may send marketing communications; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided or by contacting us.
