This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

3) Data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, account details.
  • Order/booking details: products purchased, workshop/event bookings, preferences, notes (e.g., age group for youth programs, customization requests).
  • Payment data: we use third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: emails, messages, reviews, survey responses.
  • Usage & device info: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, cookies, approximate location.
  • Media from events (optional): photos/videos taken at workshops or events (you may opt out on arrival—see §10).

  • Process orders, bookings, payments, delivery, and customer support.

Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds

1) Order processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (custom items may require longer lead times shown on the product page).
  • You will receive an order confirmation and, when available, a tracking link.

2) Shipping options & fees

  • Lebanon (domestic): Delivery is generally 1–5 business days depending on location; fees shown at checkout. Click-and-collect may be offered when available.
  • International: Where offered, delivery is typically 7–21 business days. Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays due to customs inspection or carrier backlogs.
  • Address changes: Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

3) Risk of loss & inspection

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or collection). Inspect packages promptly and report missing/damaged items within 48 hours with photos.

4) Returns & exchanges (Products)

  • Return window: Unused items in original condition/packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable: Custom/personalized items, digital downloads, opened/used art supplies, hygiene items, discounted “final sale” products, and gift cards.
  • Return process:
    1. Contact us via the Site for authorization and instructions.
    2. Pack items securely; include your order number.
    3. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk unless we shipped the wrong/defective item.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different item/variant and it’s in stock, we can arrange an exchange (you may need to place a new order to secure inventory).

5) Defective or wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.

6) Click-and-collect (if available)

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Please collect within 7 days (bring a photo ID and order number). Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded minus any handling costs.

7) Refused/undeliverable packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will refund the product price minus shipping/return costs (unless the refusal was due to our error).

8) Workshop, course & event policy (Services)

  • Booking: Full payment (or stated deposit) confirms your spot.
  • Your cancellation:
    • ≥72 hours before start → one free reschedule (subject to availability) or store credit.
    • <72 hours or no-show → non-refundable (you may transfer your seat to someone else by written notice).
  • Our cancellation/reschedule: If we must cancel or reschedule (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, safety, force majeure), you may choose a reschedule, store credit, or refund.
  • Safety: Follow all instructions and studio rules. Inform us of allergies/sensitivities in advance.
  • Minors: Under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless the program states otherwise.

9) International returns (Products)

International customers should mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges. Any customs/handling fees incurred on returns may be deducted from refunds.

10) Abuse & fair use

To protect product integrity and fair pricing, we may limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive or abusive patterns.
